Former WCW Heavyweight Champion, Bill Goldberg, made the first appearence since WCW's closure in a ring earlier today for All Japan Pro Wrestling at Budokan Hall. He wrestled against Satoshi Kojima. He entered with the same music from WCW and got a great reaction for the fans and won the match. Terry Funk also appeared at the event and he will be wrestling on the anniversary show.
-- Brock Lesnar is currently scheduled to headline the house show tour against Kane on 9/13 and 9/15. Triple H is also stated to face Jeff Hardy. Bear in mind that this could change, although Brock Lesnar vs. Kane seems to indicate a future feud of some sort.
-- The September 3rd edition of "The National Enquirer" has a two-page spread of former WWE Intercontinental Champion Joanie Laurer. It features some photographs of her new home in California along with a brief interview.
-- This week's edition of Confidential will be the repeat of the show that was done on The British Bulldog.
